They waited hours for Lulu to get out of the operation room. Jasim would go back and forth from his room to the operation room and back to his room every now and then. They were all waiting outside.

The doctor came out and everyone rushed to him.

Dr: il7amdila yabat twins bint w walad, w they are completely healthy.

Jasim: w Lulu?!

Dr: il7amdila, telgaaha a7san mn awal ! *smile*

Jasim: il7amdila

Everyone was so happy that they were healthy.

The doctor said that Lulu needed some rest so no one was allowed to see her now. But they went to see the twins.

They were adorable. The cutest creatures(laish?:P) on earth. So cute. Everyone wanted to eat them up. They had those little noses, feet, and hands.

Their eyes were closed. Like they have this looooooooooonggggggg journey of life. You think they'll love life? Suffer? Would they be strong like Lulu?

Who do they look like? Well, they had Lulu's nose. Jasim's mouth. In all they had both their mother's and father's hot looks(3ala kaifi:p).

Jasim went in to see the babies he had them both in his hands. It was like he was a giant comparing to them.

Bo Jasim: rabi e7afithhom!! Sh7alat'hom hatha isma Mohammed(yeah mohammed, so we can call him 7amady:p) 3alay w hathi Kadi.

Om Jasim: w laish mo Nouriya 3alay?!

Jasim looked at them.

They were all arguing what to name the kids. But they don't know what Lulu has in mind.

They left the kids to sleep and went up to Lulu's room.

Jasim went in first to see her.

Jasim: 7amdila 3ala salamtich 7abeebti *kissed her forehead*

Lulu: Alla ysalmik *smile*

Jasim: Lulu lazim itshoufeen 3yalna yeshbihouni la illah ila Allaa jameeleen 3ala ebouhom!

Jasim had this spark in his eye. He was so happy. His happiness couldn't be described. This was the first time that Lulu has seen eyes this way.

Lulu: 9ij? Allaahhhhh 3ayal ya ba5t.hom!

Jasim: laaa 7abeebti la tiz3ileen yishbihounich shwaya:p

They laughed. Jasim kept describing the twins for her. Like I said he was EXTREMLEY happy!

They all went in and congratulated Lulu and Jasim.

Lulu wished that her parents were here to see her life right now. How she is so happy and safe between her new family. She loved Jasim's family it was like her own. She loved being with them, they never treated her badly or anything. Bo Jasim and Om Jasim would treat her as their daughter that they never had. Anything Lulu wanted Bo Jasim would bring it right away. She was spoiled by them.

They also spoiled her with gifts everyday for her and her twins. The twins ended the day with a smile on everyone's faces.

The next day came and the twins still don't have names.

Lulu: Jasim la Jasim!!

They were fooling around. Jasim wanted Zaina and Sager badly but Lulu wanted something speacial.

2 Years passed and the twins are all grown up. They look so cute. Yousif looks like Jasim and Rinad looks like Lulu.

They were the cutest thing alive. Rinad was so girly and you know the pink kid of girls? Yes, Lulu hated these kind of girls but for Rinad she loved the kind. Yousif, well he was adorable he would always laugh, and he had this smile that wouldn't go away. MashAlla. They were A M A Z I N G !

Lulu took a photo of every single thing. The way they walked, the way they ate, the way they cried, every single detail in their life.

Jasim? Hmmm, he wouldn't let the kids sleep. He would play with them all day and then Lulu takes the blame and she has to suffer staying up with them all night trying to get them to sleep.

Yousif and Rinad had the cutest room ever. (La7athtaw wayid cute hal ayam?:P) It was pinkish blueish thingy. It was what Lulu wanted.

And they lived happily ever after ..............

He took her hand into his, it was very cold.

He started shaking her, but she didn't move or react.
Now she was the one who was lifeless.


He pressed the nurse button.


Nurse: yes sir you need anything?
Jasim: Lulu, she's pregnant and she's not moving and..


Jasim couldn't get the words out of his mouth. The nurse ran out and called for help to carry her to another room.


Lulu was so tired that they needed to take her to the operation room, she was giving birth.


Her cousins, uncles, aunts, and Jasim's family were there ( chena wayid?:P).
They were worried of what would happen to Lulu.

Jasim was weak at that time as well, he was recovering at that time. He wouldn't believe that its happening to his beloved Lulu. Thoughts rushed through his mind. He wouldn't imagine living a life without her.

I guess you're still wondering what happened to Jasim? Well, he was wondering around Kuwait's streets trying to find the best and i mean the best bedroom for his lovely twins. Yes he insisted on going himself getting the best room. He wanted to surprise Lulu. On his way there he got into a car accident and he got badly injured. Wasn't that cute? Almost dying to surprise your wife for the best gift you can give to your kids?

They were the happiest married couple alive. Lulu would fall in love with Jasim more day by day and so does Jasim.
Lulu was at Jasim's parents house.

Lulu couldn't handle anymore, she excused herself and called Jasim.

But his mobile was switched off.

Lulu: okkay, calm down Lulu! He's okay he's okay!

Lulu started to panic. She couldn't handle it. She went to the bathroomand started crying silently. She could feel that somethings wrong with Jasim. She can't lose him. She can't see herself living without him. She didn't want to lose him. She already experienced a lot in her life, she doesn't really need more. She started to calm herself down and went to the living room.

Lulu could see that something was wrong in her eyes.

She started to cry all over again.

They didn't answer any of her questions. They took her to the car and drove off.

They arrived at a hospital. Lulu was 8 months pregnant by now. She couldn't handle everything. So she used a wheel chair. They took her to Jasim's room. And he was right there laying infront of her on a bed. Lifeless.

Lulu: JASIM JASIM !!!! Jasim maaaaaaat?!
Om Jasim: La yoma smila 3ala wildi... ma maat ismila 3alaichh 7abeebtti. Bas sawa 7adith ba9ee6 w ta3ban shway!

Om Jasim and Bo Jasim went out of the room and left both of them alone.
Lulu held Jasim's hand and cried silently leaning on the bed.

Jasim opened his eyes only to find his lovely wife laying next to him. He smiled.

Two little cute twin babies in her.

She was pregnant. Well, 2 months pregnant and she couldn't tell. She gained 2 kilos but it made no difference they were so small.(etha two months you can tell ina fee twins?;p wila ana m5arfa?:p).

Jasim was over the top. He was so so so happy. He loved it that she has twins and he wished that they were boys.

Lulu: la Jasim !!!!! ana abi banat!!:@

They would argue for naming their kids and if they were boys of girls.

They went to Jasim's parents and told them the great news, they were so happy for them.

Jasim dropped Lulu at their house.

he got out of his car and got her inside and took her to her room. Lulu kanat tabi tyanin Jasim shay:p so she acted all tired.

and he ran out of the house to his car. He was so happy and Lulu was playing around with him. She felt guilty for talking to him this way but she thought it was worth a laugh.

Lulu was getting back to the old her thanks to Jasim. She became the happy one, the one who always smiles. Which made her proud of herself and ofcourse Jasim was proud of her too.
She would visit her mom, dad, and brother every now and then. She would tell them everything that was going on even the silliest things. She would tell them how happy she is with Jasim.

Jasim also visits them with her sometimes. He would always be there by her side.

Jasim came back home running.

So, things between Lulu and Jasim were getting better by day. They were getting closer to each other. They loved being with each other.
They were also sad when they had to go back to Kuwait. They got on the plane hoping for days full of love.

Jasim was watching a movie and Lulu was so tired. He saw her tossing and turning trying to sleep.

and he held got her next to him, covered her up, and hugged her. Lulu was so happy, that was what she wanted.

Lulu looked up into his eyes.

That was the first time that Jasim said that word.
Lulu's face lightened up and she had this huge smile on her face.

Jasim kissed the crown of her head and smiled.

They were the happiest couple. But Jasim didn't know that Lulu was so scared of getting attached to Jasim. She thought that she would lose him just like she lost her mother, father, and brother. But it was too late Lulu already can't get away from Jasim.

They arrived in Kuwait, without anyone knowing it was a surprise (speaking of surprises:p, Truthie what's your surprise?:P).
The driver was waiting for them at the airport.

Jasim: I have a surprise for you *wink*

They arrived at this huge mansion. It was breathtaking.

Lulu got down wondering where she is. He opened the door for her.

Lulu was so happy that he was thinking of their kids already. She also wanted to have dozens of kids. She loved kids a lot. She was happy that Jasim loved kids too.

They went to sleep in their lovely, huge room. Jasim brought a designer all the way from Italy to do his house, well Lulu's house. Jasim named the house to be Lulu's. He knew how wise Lulu was, so he gave her the house.

A year passed and their marriage was perfect, full of love and care.

Lulu nodded and smiled. She was so happy that she finally had someone to take care of her.


Jasim and Lulu were chatting in the water until it was time for dinner. They got out of the pool to eat their food. They ordered room service.

They went in and had their dinner. They were laughing all along. Jasim was so happy that Lulu was finally getting along with. He loved the way she laughed and how left dimple showed when she laughed so hard. He would just look at her all day and never get bored.


Lulu was happy too. She finally found the man that deserves her and that she really deserves him. She loved the way he talked and how when he was serious he would raise his eyebrows. She loved the way he looked when he was waiting for her to talk. She loved how he looked at her and how he made her smile.


They finished their dinner, and sat on the beach for a while.

Lulu: okay Jasim seriously, mo 3ajbatni the idea ina nisba7 at this time


Jasim laughed.

They stayed there for a while close to each other. Jasim hugged her close to him, he didn't want to let go. Lulu didn't want him to let go too. They loved the position they were in.

Jasim knew what Lulu went through. He knows everything. He loved the way she took control of things. He loved how she was a woman, not by words but with actions. He knew how strong she was because she was still standing after all of what happened to her. She raised herself on her own. Jasim respected her alot.

They got married and went off to their honeymoon, Maldives, Spain, Italy, and Switzerland.

When they arrived at Maldives, Lulu was so shy. She wouldn't look into his eyes.

Jasim: Lulu, tara ana raylich.. matisti7een mni
Lulu: um, la mo mista7ya *wide smile*
Jasim: kel hatha o mo mista7ya? *pinched her cheeks*

Lulu felt something weird. She was never alone with a guy. She knew that she has to let everything out but she couldn't. She felt safe around him, she started trusting him too. But she wanted to wait. She didn't want him to get scared.

She made him laugh, which made her laugh too.

They had this big suite which had the view of the amazing ocean. Lulu loved it alot. They had a private pool and beach.

Lulu was standing outside the balcony looking at the ocean. Jasim came from behind her and hugged her from her back.

Jasim had his swimsuit on, he went straight to the pool.

Lulu went to change. She had a bikini but nothing to wear on top. She was so shy.

She put a summer dress on top and went outside.

He knew that she was shy. So, he got out of the water and went to take off her dress. She didn't stop him.

He held her hand and ushered her into the water.
He held her into his arms, because he felt that something was wrong with her.
